These terms govern your access to swaycue.com and the SwayCue application. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Accounts and authority
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and have authority to connect every Instagram profile and workspace you manage. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Acceptable use
You may not use SwayCue for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or unsolicited messaging; to evade platform limits; or to interfere with the service. You must follow Meta's policies and all laws that apply to your content, campaigns, and recipients.
Your content and AI-assisted output
You retain ownership of content you submit and grant SwayCue the limited rights needed to host, process, publish, and automate it at your direction. You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output before use and for ensuring your content and campaigns have the necessary rights and disclosures.
Plans, billing, and limits
Paid plans renew for the interval selected at checkout until canceled. Prices are shown before purchase and payments are processed by Stripe. Upgrades may be prorated immediately; downgrades and cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current billing period. Plan limits and included usage are described on the pricing page.
Connected services
SwayCue depends on third-party services including Meta and publishing, hosting, payment, and AI providers. Their availability and policies may affect features. SwayCue is not responsible for changes or interruptions outside its control.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using SwayCue at any time. We may restrict or suspend access when needed to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, respond to nonpayment, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue.
Service availability and liability
SwayCue is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwayCue disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
