This policy explains how SwayCue handles information when you visit swaycue.com or use the SwayCue application.
Information we collect
We collect account and workspace details, connected Instagram profile information, campaign settings, scheduled content, automation activity, usage records, support messages, and technical data needed to operate and secure the service. If you subscribe, Stripe processes payment details; SwayCue does not store complete card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, connect approved Meta accounts, publish requested content, run DM automations, provide AI-assisted workflows, measure usage, prevent abuse, support customers, and improve SwayCue.
Service providers and connected platforms
SwayCue uses service providers for hosting, databases, storage, billing, AI processing, publishing infrastructure, and product operations. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services or comply with law. Instagram connections are governed by Meta's terms and privacy policies.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide SwayCue, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use access controls, encryption, and operational safeguards appropriate to the information we process, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can update workspace information, disconnect Instagram profiles, manage billing, and request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, or legal compliance.
